Frequently asked questions

Who can buy through Zenit?

Zenit sells equipment to professional buyers: installers, EPC companies, design firms and resellers. We do not install systems or sell to end customers.

Why are there no prices on the site?

Prices depend on quantity, configuration and partnership terms, so we quote them individually. Add products to your inquiry list and send one combined request.

How do you check inverter and battery compatibility?

We rely exclusively on the manufacturers' official compatibility lists. The site shows compatible equipment only when confirmed; all other combinations are checked technically before quoting.

What language is the documentation in?

Datasheets and manuals are the manufacturers' official documents, usually in English. The language is indicated next to each file. We do not publish unverified translations.

What are the lead times?

Availability and lead time depend on the model and quantity and are confirmed in the quote. For planned projects we recommend sharing your requirements in advance.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Claims are submitted through the technical-support form or directly to our technical team, with the device serial number, a description of the fault and any available monitoring logs. Warranty terms are defined by the manufacturer's documentation and the purchase agreement.

Claims procedure

  1. 1Report the claim through the support form or directly to our technical team, with the device serial number and a description of the fault.
  2. 2Attach any available monitoring data (logs, error messages) and photos of the installation.
  3. 3Our technical team analyses the report and, where needed, proposes next steps together with the manufacturer.
  4. 4We inform you about the status of the claim in writing.

Warranty terms are defined by the manufacturer's documentation and the purchase agreement. This description does not constitute warranty terms.

Technical support request

Describe the question or issue as precisely as possible; for an installed device include the model and serial number.
