Residential grid-tied systems

Rooftop PV for households without storage, exporting surplus energy to the grid (prosumer model).

The most common project type for installers: a rooftop PV system of up to 10.8 kW on a family house, connected to the distribution grid under the prosumer scheme.

The core of the system is a grid-tied inverter, single- or three-phase depending on the building's connection. Systems with export limitation or consumption monitoring require a smart meter at the point of connection.

Zenit supplies inverters, monitoring and supporting equipment. Inverter sizing depends on installed module power, roof orientation and the connection conditions defined by the grid operator.

    Single-phase (up to 6 kW) or three-phase (from 4 kW) string inverter matching the building connection.

    Monitoring and export limitation

    Communication module for monitoring and a smart meter where export limitation or consumption tracking is required.
